Resolved NL Network Outage - 6/11/25

We are investigating a network outage in our Netherlands facility and will update everyone accordingly.
 
We are seeing instability with our redundant uplinks and are engaging the appropriate engineering teams.
 
At this time all circuits are online and no additional downtime is expected.

RFO: We've received reports that unauthorized work was conducted on the wrong live equipment upstream of the KnownHost network resulting in the downtime. I'm currently engaged with the parties who conducted the work and have been assured the issue has been corrected and no further impact / work will be performed.
 
Another unexpected network interruption has occurred, and we are reaching out to the relevant teams to discern the causation.
